F.O.B. factory.
VALIDITY: Prices subject
to change without notice.
LEAD
TIME: Allow 10 days for routine orders and up to 3 weeks for
special orders. Most orders ship in 3-5 days.
CLAIMS: If a container
is damaged on delivery, it must be noted on the receipt at that time. If
damage is discovered after receipt, call the carrier for inspection. Even
though there is no apparent damage, the carrier may still be liable. Save
the box and all packing
material. Immediately return the item and inspection report. We will send
replacements at no charge upon receipt of the damaged items and inspection
report. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt to be valid.
RETURNS: No items may be
returned without our written consent. Authorized returns are subject to a
10% or $25.00 restocking fee.
Returned items must not show any evidence of use and must be shipped within
10 days. Credit is subject to our inspection.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations
only accepted prior to shipment. No special orders may be cancelled.
LIMITED
WARRANTY: All items guaranteed free of manufacturing defects. This
guarantee does not apply to damage resulting from normal use, accident,
misuse or negligence. All other warranties expressed or implied are hereby
excluded.
